She holds a Ph. D in Philology from Bucharest University (1998), and she was Fulbright Postdoctoral Scholar at University of Washington, Seattle, USA (2001-02). She has authored eight individual books (two of them were published in Munich), coordinated two collective volumes on Romanian Studies around the World,  resulted from a research project she conducted, and more than 150 studies and articles in Romanian and international publications and collective volumes.  As a member of important professional associations she participated in many conferences, and she has been awarded various national and international grants to conduct individual and collective research (Fulbright, ACLS, and NURC).

She graduated the Academy of Arts “Luceafarul” of Bucharest, Department of Performing Arts, and she received her Ph. D. from The National University of Performing Arts and Film Studies “I.L. Caragiale” of Bucharest (2009), with the thesis: The Role of the  Improvisation in the Construction of Scenic Fictions (in print). She also participated in international workshops and seminars:  The Body Language in Children’s Theatre, Searching for the Existential Theatre, From Word to Action in Modern Theatre, Clowneries and Modern Theatre, Meyerhold’s Biomechanics, The Body Language and Expression in Modern Theatre.

He graduated the National Conservatory of Music "Ciprian Porumbescu" in Bucharest, department of Canto-Music and he received his Ph. D from The National University of Music in Bucharest, in 2007. He is a member of The Romanian Association of Composers and Musicologists and The Romanian Association of Authors and Film Makers. He produced many performances, TV and radio shows, children's festivals, and he has authored film music and scenarios. He is also a well-established composer and conductor and he was awarded various prizes for his works. He has authored five individual books, and 30 albums.

Iliana Velescu graduated in 2000 the National University of Music in Bucharest, Department of Composition, Musicology and Musical Pedagogy. She took a Master Degree in Contemporary Musical Education at the same university in 2001, and presently, she is Ph. D. Student.  From 1999 to the present, she is also teaching music and piano for a private kindergarten with English curriculum in Bucharest. She is a founder member of the Cultural Association Katharsis and singer in the Dominus Choir. She is the author of some studies and articles such as: Infantile Musical Hearing, Psychological Profile in Musical Didactics, Methods of notation in preschool musical education.
